@KennedyVESPA07 yeah, it’s just sorta my thing. i know it’s gonna sound dumb, but i don’t see any point in capitalization rules. it’s my way of raging against the machine, i guess:-P. it’s not as if i don’t know the basic grammar rules, i’m just too lazy to see a point in following them in informal forums such as this. thanks for the props:-)
@cristoballs Yep. Unless you have a particular reason for not capitalizing, or the computer doesn’t allow it. I’m not trying to be the grammar Nazi here, and most dialogue doesn’t need that kind of nit-picking over capital letters, I just suddenly notice little things like this…kind of like people who don’t capitalize the first letter of their names. Props for making the videos though.

Quick point; I think you should make sure to check your title for grammar errors; IE”i gave him a chance” This may sound like a moot point. But as you are thoughtful and articulate in your video, this glarring error on the title does the contents a disservice.

@ProjectCheck if i took the time to make a video for every lie doren ever repeated, i’d never leave my house and i’d get fired from my job:-P. and no, i wasn’t restating his position. i was contradicting it. most foreign does do good. i believe that was emphasized in the lancet report. as for freedom alliance, i suggest you check out my other videos on them titled privacy schmivacy, and the ghost of fundraising past. let me know what you think about them after watching those.
@cristoballs You’re right, I haven’t exactly taken it upon myself to read through the comments. But just having watched the video, you didn’t really make an argument, you just restated his position while exaggerated the status of Freedom Alliance as a charity… He only seemed to have one reason: it wasn’t helping, therefore it’s a waste of money. I don’t really know anything about the topic of foreign aid, I’m just making an observation.
Consies (and the majority of libertarians) are full of crap and I think a lot of people are starting to see that now. (And getting sick of their constant condescending attitudes!)
@ProjectCheck i looked into this. and i guarantee i did more work than doren did investigating it. in stead of taking the word of the bloggers at hotair and whoever they cited, i actually read through the lancet article. nothing to refute this? i suggest you look through the comments section of this video. i believe addressed a lot of what lee claimed as being reasons not to give money to foreign aid.
sometimes you need the help of those governments to get someting done.
One cannot expect 100% of te aid to go only too the peole. Even if we sent machines to corrupt(of is it self presevation) government will want to keep some for themselves and resell it.
if lee doesn’t agree with you, can’t refute your statements, or if you prove him wrong…he blocks you.

Lee’s views on public policies and programmes being judged on their results rather than their intentions is good stewardship of other peoples (I.E. we the taxpayer) money. You disagree? :s
As for the other parts of the video:
I think there are a few good men and women left but as a whole both the Republican party, Democrat party and their yapping dog satellites are rotten to the core. Lee should remember this, the two/ three horse politics of the West just gets worse each decade.
hannity couldn’t possibly form a legitimate argument about anything political. He is so bias, and his views are so skewed to the right that it’s simply unintelligent to even watch his show. It’s the equivalent of a cheerleader, only without the pom poms and skirt. I lost several i.q. points just mentioning his name.

The point about foreign aid was that “the people who really need the help” weren’t the ones who were actually receiving help. You did absolutely nothing to refute this. You also seem to have transitioned pretty quickly from there being “something that doesn’t seem right” about Freedom Alliance, to calling it a “scam organization” …
